The Valkiir tend to lag behind their allies when it comes to building large warships, making up for their lack of technology with the skill, and daring of their crews. The one area they are on par, or perhaps exceed in is fighter design and production. The Kf 29 is an example of their best. The medium weight Strike fighter is a lethal weapon in the hands of their pilots.

Fast agile and well armed the Kf29 carries a range of missiles, torpedoes, and tactical ordnance that allows it to inflict heavy damage. While it's speed and electronic warfare systems allow it to survive the high threat environment strike operations tend to occur in.

The Wareagle took many of it's design features from the older Warhawk. Then increased it's size. With a highly streamlined form it can operate well in both Atmospheric and deep space environments. It's upgraded drives are more powerful, but require larger fuel reserves and or maintenance.

Like their pilots the craft pays a steep price for its exceptional performance. the design pushes the drives and airframe to the limits of the Valkiir's manufacturing base, causing them to need more service and experience slightly more degradation compared to their counterparts.

The craft has slowly gained acceptance with allied forces leading to export versions being developed for TAE, and independent buyers. The excellent combat record of the craft winning over critics who focused on the service life, and support costs associated with the design.

When on the attack The Kf29 operates in attack groups of 12, to 48 grouping into flights and focusing their firepower on a single target. The sheer number of anti ship missiles, torpedoes, and other ordnance the fighter carries giving it an impressive punch when properly employed by strike group commanders.

The fighter is not intended for direct fighter on fighter combat, but it is able to successfully engage fighters of its own size or larger without serious issues. It can sometimes be out paced, or outmaneuvered by smaller fighters and purpose built superiority fighters but underestimating it's dog fighting ability can lead to disastrous results.

The fighter is rare outside of Military services, but recently a number of contracted mercenary groups, corsairs, and privateers have received civilian model Kf29s They typically carry only missiles, and a pulse laser due to restrictions on the use of torpedoes by civilian groups.

Overall the Kf-29 has developed a reputation as a powerful strike weapon, which requires significant skill to put to best use. It's performance in the hands of less skilled civilian pilots has yet to be tested but expectations are high.
