Among the best light fighters in use, the Sparrow Is a common sight around colonies, and in second tier forces, and reserves across human settled Space. It is often flown by Planetary Militias, colonial assistance, and Corporate forces where ever there is a need for long range high mobility combat craft.

Originally a Mohljaniir export model The J-35 is one of the most popular long range recon craft in modern arsenals. High dash speeds,, long range and excellent combat agility makes the nearly century old design a strong contender even against more modern designs.

when originally produced the J-35 was a secondary design for the Mohljaniir manufacturers Intended to be sold in large numbers to allied forces. It lacked much of the advanced technology the Mohljaniir possessed but it was still a generation or two ahead of any fighter craft produced by The tau Imperium or Valkiir Clans Conclave.

Shortly before The first contact invasion Of Earth By the Najuhlim several samples of Mohljaniir weapons and combat craft were acquired by the governments of earth when a Mohljaniir evacuation transport crashed after being heavily damaged by Najuhlim Zealot pursuit craft.

It is rumored that Earth Gov has a full archive of Mohljaniir advanced technology but has been unable to manufacture many of the advanced systems and devices until recent years. Their ability to manufacture the J-35 with relative ease tends to back up that claim.

Pilots of the J-25 are fond of their craft. Able to fill any role form escort and patrol to Light strike and ground support they never find themselves out of demand. At it's best in Hyperspace they are refer to them as "RedBirds" due to the color of the dust on their hulls after a long Hyperspace patrol.

While modern designs have pushed the small craft out of the front ranks of combat superiority service the larger less agile front line fighters must maneuver carefully to avoid allowing the nimble Sparrows from getting into their kill zones.

Optimized for Atmospheric combat the f-335 is a multi role aircraft capable of any light to medium combat mission/ The sparrow hawk is a premier dog fighter. It's large wing area, gravitic assist systems and twin plasma fired ramjet engines give the Sparrowhawk is used by the TAE, and Colonial Marine corp as a point defense, combat air patrol and ground support fighter across many theaters of action.
While the Sparrowhawk is not capable of seriously threatening a starship it can defeat or seriously damage any atmospheric operations craft currently fielded by hostile forces. the lack of self contained life support limit it to planets with a atmosphere however it thrives in this limited role.
